| Q: How long does it take to complete my caricature? A: It takes between 7 to 12 days to complete a hand drawn caricature order. Larger group caricatures and orders placed before Christmas can take14 days or longer to draw, depending on the number of people. Please contact us if you need a rush order. |

| Q: Can I have more than one person in a caricature? A: We can draw as many people as you need in one group caricature. The largest we have done was for 69 people, but we could probably fit even more! |

| Q: How many details can you draw in my caricature? A: Our caricatures have plenty of details. There is no set limit to the details you can ask for, as long as we find it reasonable. However, in some rare cases we will notify you if your caricature project includes an unusual number of details. |

| Q: Will I see a proof before you send me the final version? A: Yes, we will email you a proof of your final custom caricature so you can review it and make sure that it is in accordance with your original instructions. Upon your approval, we will email your final high resolution file. Note that adding details (not included in your original instructions) may result in additional charges and will delay the delivery of your order. |

| Q: What if I don’t like the way my caricature comes out? A: In case you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days and we will adjust the caricature as needed (at no extra cost) until you are completely satisfied with it. If you will not be satisfied after the revisions, we will refund the full amount you paid for your order. |
