Avatar

The personal avatars (icons) are used in blogs, email signatures and online forums. The avatars can also be used on websites like Facebook or MySpace, instant messengers like AOL, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Skype or Google Talk, where recognition is important to you, but you don’t want to show an actual picture. Most common avatars are “full body”, although we can draw a “head only” or “shoulders up” if requested. You can also specify how real you want it to look, realistic or more “cartoon like”. Feel free to ask for any special requests if you feel that what you need is uncommon.

What is the difference between an avatar and a personal caricature?

Caricatures are a funny representation of a person, in a chosen setting. An Avatar is an icon used in social networking websites, instant messengers, email signatures and other forms of communication, representing a person while avoiding to show it’s real picture.

If you need a caricature and not an avatar, please go to our personal caricature page.
